LaTaunya Darden joined EXIM Bank in 2011. From 2011 – 2015 she worked very closely with exporters that applied for the Working Capital Guarantee Program. LaTaunya was a valuable asset in guiding exporters and lenders through the process ensuring they understood and followed the policies and procedures of the Working Capital Guarantee Program. In her current role, LaTaunya manages a portfolio of minority business organizations throughout the country.
LaTaunya is responsible for building awareness about EXIM Bank’s products and services to small businesses, particularly those that are minority and/or woman-owned. The portfolio activity of organizations that LaTaunya manages has grown tremendously due to her diligence in educating the organizations and businesses that she serves.
Prior to joining EXIM Bank, LaTaunya was employed as a Paralegal. LaTaunya holds a B.A. in Administration of Justice from the University of the District of Columbia.
